What will it cost?

  • Consultations

    During an office or jail consultation, you will learn the details of the legal process, more about the charges against you, what you can expect at the first hearing and a realistic assessment of whether you may be released on your own recognizance or what the bail will likely be. You will also learn how to retain my representation. You are encouraged to ask any questions you may have.

    You may schedule an office consultation for the low cost of $100.00. If you are looking for representation of a friend or loved-one who is incarcerated, you may schedule a jail consultation for $300.00.

  • Felonies

    The cost to represent you will always depend on the charges, the facts of the case, and multiple other variables. However, I offer representation for serious felony cases capped at $7500.00, billed hourly at $200.00 per hour through settlement, excluding jury trial. This means your case will never cost more than $7500.00 if it settles before jury trial and may cost much less.

  • Non-violent Felonies

    The cost to represent you will always depend on the charges, the facts of the case, and multiple other variables. However, I offer representation for non-violent felony cases (drugs, vehicle code violations, theft excluding complex embezzlement cases) capped at $5000.00, billed hourly at $200.00 per hour through settlement, excluding jury trial. This means your case will never cost more than $5000.00 if it settles before jury trial and may cost much less.

  • Misdemeanors

    The cost to represent you will always depend on the charges, the facts of the case, and multiple other variables. However, I offer representation for misdemeanor cases capped at $3000.00, billed hourly at $200.00 per hour through settlement, excluding jury trial. This means your case will never cost more than $3000.00 if it settles before jury trial and may cost much less.
